Getting promotional rewards points

I purchased an Xbox One S during Black Friday and I'd like to get my 50000 rewards points promotion.

Rewards points do expire along with any promotional points

After a certain period

 

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

 

I have nothing showing as pending in my rewards account. I didn't know I had to join the rewards program before I bought the console, so you might have to manually adjust my purchase.

 

The promotion is only sent out to select Rewards members, so you had to be an existing Rewards member at the time of purchase in order to be eligible.

 

Really, I saw this promotional ad on my Xbox main page, even BEFORE I signed up for the rewards program. So I don't think it was for select members. I have an XBox 360 and thought this was an encouragement to upgrade and wasn't aware of the process to
follow.

We can only Reward purchases made while being a member of the Rewards program. Since your purchase was made outside of our program, we cannot Reward that purchase. Furthermore, as Smwutches says, the 50,000 Credit offers were only for select members. Users
are only eligible for offers shown on their MyMissions page while logged into the Rewards website.
