    You can try contacting Microsoft Rewards customer support. However, if they were bought before the offers started, they most likely
    won't be eligible.

    Hi kingkuff. It looks like the last deposit attempt made was in 2014. Since then, Microsoft had put out a fix for accounts with your deposit error. Try requesting another deposit and we will make it on the 29th. Thanks!

    Unless you were referred by a friend, there are no offers to receive credits for purchasing/renewing gold.

    It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing the survey.

    If you bought the items before the promotional period, you would not get the points, unfortunately.
