Getting new puzzles

    Getting new puzzles


    Hello, I'm very frustrated about getting new puzzles that I attempted to download using coins. I even contacted Chat with Microsoft about xbox issues. She advised me to try several things, none of which worked. We even tried downloading the same set of puzzles
    with no success. She even suggested I uninstall and the re-install to try and see if that would work, but no.

    I understand that I didn't spend any money for the puzzles and this is free, but I feel that if it is supposed to work, why isn't it? Can you please help me? I've posted two other times, once the beginning of Jan. and again 26 days ago. The chat person said
    she had the chat info, reference number, but she didn't give it to me. Thanks for helping.

    I paid for new puzzles, but they won't download. Can you help? Hate to close down this app, but getting tired for the new puzzles to download.

    Just wondering if there are new Microsoft Jigsaw Jam puzzles. I just keep getting regular puzzles but not the Jigsaw Jam. Thanks for your help?

    • Are there any error messages when you tried to download the puzzles?
    • What is exactly happening when you tried to download the puzzles?
    • Were you able to download puzzles on the same computer before?
    • Does the issue occur on a different profile?

    No error messages, but when I previously tried to download puzzles, I chose the set I wanted, hit buy for # coins or gold, and hit yes to go ahead knowing I couldn't cancel after I hit it. Then nothing happened. I hadn't tried to download puzzles from Microsoft
    Jigsaw before I tried it and it didn't work. The good news is that I just tried downloading a different set of puzzles, the cats, and it worked fine with no problems. I was hoping to be able to get the other ones, too, that I think were the architecture ones,
    but now I don't have enough coins. When ValuableNomad90 answered me, the person asked me to check updates. I noticed that the last update on the puzzles was Jan. 26. It was near the beginning of the new year that I tried to download the architecture puzzles.

    To resolve the issue, we recommend that you run the Windows App Troubleshooter from this link. 
     

    If you are still experiencing the same issue, follow the steps below to reset the Windows Store cache. 

    1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard. 
    2. Click on Command Prompt (Admin). 
    3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter. 
    4. Close the Command prompt, and then launch Windows Store. 
    5. Update the Xbox App in the Windows Store.  

    Check for any available updates, and then launch the game.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Jigsaw Collections missing

    I am having a similar issue. I purchased a new pack yesterday - tokens were subtracted from account but I did not receive the new puzzles. I also don't want to redo the old puzzles in order to get enough tokens for a new pack of puzzles.

    Stop the ads

    It doesn't matter if you get the ads or not. I have the premium version and don't get the ads but still have the problems with downloading new puzzles. Everytime I try to download a new puzzle series the game closes out.

    It's VERY frustrating!
