Getting my money back or my subscribtion back

When an account is suspended, its subscriptions will not renew. You won't be charged again.

I am sorry for any spelling mistakes, but i have dyslexia.

I canceled my xbox gamepass subscribtion, but today it still got charged. I want my money back, beacause i canceled it last month!!!!!!!!!!

For you to install the season pass you need to make sure first that it is purchased under the correct account by following the steps below:

"1. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

2. Select Order history to view your purchases."

Once you have validated that the order for the season pass is there and is stated as "completed" make sure that it is installed on your Xbox by following the steps below:

"1. In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don't select it).

2. Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

3. Select the game in the upper-right corner of the screen.

4. Choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This displays a list of items, including the base game and any available add-ons or game features.

5. Select the season pass and then save changes"
