Getting my gaming profile (and games/info) from my parents account to mine. PLEASE HELP!!!

I have been using my dad's account for years. That means my gaming profile is under his account. Now that I am old enough (about to college, etc.) I want my gaming profile on my account, same as all my other devices. I have searched for answers everywhere.
I just can't find a way and I really need some help!!!

Cannot see my child on my Xbox account

Hi,

I have registered my child with an MS account and joined that account to my MS 'family'

(mine is the parent account)

However, when I log into xbox live, I cannot see my child's account profile next to mine. I am attempting to manage content and privacy for my child, but seem unable to access the child account from mine (parent).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT FROZEN FROM NEW UPDATE PLEASE HELP!!!

When I try to sign in to xbox live on my gamer profile I can't because of the new update. I know all of my info for my active account, but I dont know the password for the parent account that overides the active account. Also I can't recover the password
because the email to my parent account doesn't exist anymore. I don't remember the secret question to my parent account. Please help my gamer tag is

Actually you were using your parent's account as yours. Keep in mind that you can change your gtag (for a fee) or your account's email but all the rest is unchangeable

You can't transfer one profile to another account or content from one account to another. It's all going to be tied to his account since that's the account where you did all your gaming.

i would like to know also, my account is a child account and i created a parental one so i could have mine and i deleted the parental account from my xbox and then i gave it away and my account still has the parental one connected to it so if someone could
please help that would be great!!

The game is backwards compatible, however like I said the game just won't count my profile as signed in. (In detail) I'm signed in to my Xbox account, launch the game, then a screen pops up saying "loading Xbox 360 info" and then the game loads up, when I press start the game says, "Profile not signed in, progress will not be saved, please sign in" however when I use my father's account, the game allows his account to be signed into the game but his profile is transferred from an Xbox 360. If it keeps happening will getting Xbox live at least once help resolve the issue?

I tried that and it didn't work. I am over 18 and this fall's update suddenly asks me to give a parent account's password. this parent account is an old email of mine i cannot get on and i don't know the security question's answer, can you please help? live.com
does not list a parent email but live.xbox.com lists a parent emai. it is frustrating and this whole thing has been a waste of my money i spent on live that i can't even use.
