If you're using an Xbox One and your banned account had the console set as its Home console, you can still access the games on a new account. Otherwise, games cannot be transferred between accounts and you forfeit everything on the account when you receive
a ban.

Nothing Microsoft nor these forums will do. You'll need to speak to a lawyer if you're actually concerned about it. It's in the terms of service.

That is one of the punishments from having your account Banned. Anything you had tied to that account will be lost. unfortunately you are not able to transfer purchases between accounts so you won't be able to get them back unless you account becomes unbanned.

If your account has been permanently banned then everything purchased on the account will only be accessible if the account was set as home on the xbox as stated above
