Getting my console worked on?

Can i still contact Xbox support to send in my Xbox one to have them service/fix it for me? What I mean specifically is that I have no warranty for the system and I got it a year after its release so can I still send it to Xbox to try and figure out the
issue with it? Obviously I'd have to pay but I have no warranty. My xbox one for some reason will power up but won't produce a picture and create a clicking noise and won't go anywhere from there. I have to unplug it and plug it back in several times until
it goes past the screen or pops up with a message saying it needs a reboot or restart. Also seem to be having issues with other stuff like games or the home screen.

Unless I'm playing FFA, I've never had anyone spawn on top of me. I would suggest paying attention to where your team is on the map because if you're on the opposite side of the map than your team, guess where the other team is going to spawn?

[/quote]I've had it happen often. I've even been killed and spawned right behind the guy that just killed me. The maps are too small for them not to spawn behind you every once in awhile. Some of the maps like Mission its almost a given unless your team
sets up shop on one end.

Yes just give them a call and they will be able to book it in for repair, or alternatively use the support tab on this site to arrange the repair

My disc drive wont read any discs, its been fantastic up until that point, must say I didn't think any problems would be to do with the disc drives, they need to use a better quality one by the sound of it.

My hardware has been working flawlessly. My software is another issue. I was having game install issues but I was able to work those out by installing all discs offline and signed out. We shouldn't have to go through all those steps just to do a mandatory
install but I hope a future update will fix that issue and many others.

Nice to see some positive posts, but others are correct negative posts are going to reign supreme in support forum. My midnight picked up box is working fine so far, but I did buy the 3 year extended to cover it long term. As others have mentioned mine
is also plugged into a power bar; it's a high quality Monster power bar. My only issue is OneGuide not supported in the great white north of Canada.
