Getting my account back and paying for xbox live on banned account

About a year and a half ago my xbox account got banned. I bought a 1 year xbox live card a month before. Ever since the subscription would've ended I now get charged 9,99$ for Xbox Live every month. Considering my account got hacked into, the so called hacker
linked an e-mail adress to my account and started spamming inappropriate pictures to people, which then resulted in my account being permanently suspended. Ever since I started getting charged again, I've been looking towards getting my account back, but since
it has been a year I couldn't remember most of the details like skype contacts. Microsoft support says they can't do anything about it since the account is suspended and they can't get in the account. Does anyone know how to stop this. I don't want to keep
on paying 9,99$ for something I can't use, I'd rather giving 10$ a month to charity.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Account Wronfully Banned

My Xbox Account was wrongfully banned and my account can no longer get in on Xbox Live I was banned permanently. I need help getting it back because a Hacker did this to me for nothing.

 

At this point, billing would be the only ones who could do anything. You would need to continue working directly with support.

 

Billing should be able to look the account up with your billing information that's being charged (credit/debit card number, Paypal email) and at the very least remove the credit card from any account that it is attached for you. if you do not know this information
then you would need to dispute the charges with your bank.

If it is a permanent suspension then no you wouldn't be able to get it back. normally though once an account is permanently suspended they cancel any subscriptions on the account and you shouldn't be charged for it so this may not even be the account that
you thought was banned or it may not have been a permanent ban.
