    Getting money off of Microsoft Account after adding money on accident?


    Today I purchased a Xbox 360 $15 card, but when I redeemed it, I pressed through too quickly, and it added money to my Microsoft account instead of my xbox balance.

    It says I can transmit the money but I don't see how, please can anyone help this is making me extremely mad.

    Do you have to sign up for microsoft rewards or will they just send some extra cash to anyone who purchases from the store? I recently bought a few games and would love a kickback haha.

    What's the incentive for them? If someone is looking to buy Watch Dogs, having them buy a new copy grants them more profit than providing a used copy to sell.

    WHen you go to redeem that code it adds the balance to the Microsoft Account, you then can use that to purchase items on your console.

    I know there was a service alert, that since seems to be fixed, with regards to content purchases, maybe log out, log back in after clearing cache etc, see if it shows. If not, wouldn't keep trying the purchase until you verify what's went wrong
