    Getting lockups but I get an error when trying to submit a report


    Anyone getting Games and Apps lockups (controller is nonfunctional except to bring up the menu from the lit Home button and attempting to go to Home)? It also occurs on the Home page and when I try to change my background (achievement art).

    Also getting this error on Chrome whenever I try to submit a report. It has happened twice.

    "Something went wrong. Please scan the QR code again or use your console to create a new report."

    In the Beta ring. On OS version 10.0.26100.8064 (xb_flt_2605ge.260429-2200).

    Xbox Insider Hub Error

    I am getting the same error message this evening. Will not let me submit a report. Can see the account avatar and points, but get "Error making HTTP call (HTTP Code: Unauthorized, Correlation ID: ) StatusCode: Unauthorized." when trying to use any submenus.
    Tried reinstalling the app, but no good.

    No, tried the uninstall/reinstall numerious times from other suggestions.

    When it goes into lockup, Menu/back etc. do not work, can only get out of lockup by the big red X.

    Try these steps to solve your problem.

    1. Go to System>Settings>Storage and delete your profile only, not profile and items or you will delete everything.

    2. Clear your cache three times.

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    3. Restart your console

    4. Go to Social>Sign In/Out>Download Profile and redownload your profile.

    This should solve your problem. Happy gaming.

    I was able to get it to pop up a different error message with a button to submit error report earlier but I haven't been able to reproduce it. I am just completely stuck on the sign in page with the error as written above; below it.
