Getting kicked straight to dashboard with online games, happening on multiple Xbox Series X...

I am experiencing this issue on games with hundreds to thousands of hours on them, so I am not willing to delete those cloud saves. I will try to find a game on games pass to see if I can trigger it on a game I don't have time on. However even if that works, I don't see it as a solution as I am losing years of progress in some of these games if I have to delete my saves to play them.

I do want to say I appreciate you pointing me to the Report a problem app, I had no idea that was a thing. It seems to be take the console logs and report them, which was exactly what I was asking for. My only concern is that my report will just be archived somewhere and I will still be unable to use the profile, games, and console I am paying for.

Based on your issue description, it's an isolated issue for your main Xbox profile or account only. I am afraid that it might have something to do with your cloud saves. If you could at least give up one game and delete its cloud saves, it would be best if we could do it to observe the issue.

I was playing Battlefield 4 when it got really bad. however it doesn't happen with just that game it's not an in-game issue. I've had this happen to me while playing multiple different games it was just last night was the worst time that I've seen it. Had it kick me multiple times just sitting at the Xbox homepage. I've had this happen to me since the first Xbox One. it's followed me from the Xbox One to the Xbox One X the series S and the series X. Could it be related to my account?
