Getting kicked offline!!! HELP

Hello I have recently called Xbox Support on January 6th, 2014 and I called about this person keeps kicking me offline. His gamertag is :
[Mod Removed]. He is kicking me offline when ever he wants. Example, ill be watching netlfix then he just kicks me offline. Ive blocked him, removed and everything. He has my ip saved on his computer and just boots me offline when ever he pleases.
I want him, or his consle to be banned, i do NOT want this to happen to other people. It takes the fun out of xbox. I have also tried calling my isp, no help either.

Xbox support gave me a reference code so the enforcer team will look at this closely.

I really need him banned or something to take place. Its getting on my nerves, been happening for about a week.

for the past week i have been getting signed offline for no apparrent reason.i've had other people signed in at the same time but theirs doesnt get kicked offline? its getting annoying!!! help

Not using their own console they can't. The attack is done with a PC. There is no issue with the security of Xbox Live as the attack doesn't come through Live.

 

Hello, first off, do not post reference numbers on the forums, secondly, do not name and shame on the forums either, thirdly, this is an issue that you will need to take up with your ISP. Contact them and ask for your Root IP to be changed and they can
help you.

 

Already called isp they didnt do nothing, 2nd Xbox support told me to put the refernce number, thirdly xbox support also told me to put his gamertag so there ya go.

 

Well sorry, but wrong again, Xbox Support does make mistakes and it is not the agents responsibility to tell you to review the forum rules before posting when you need to do so. I have tried to help you, and you continue to have an attitude with me, so
that is not the proper way to get help on the forums. Your ISP can help you with this and they are the only ones that can. You may have just gotten an agent when you contacted your ISP that didn't want to help you.

 

Can't get Xbox points on 360 to work so entered code on profile on tablet and it accepted them but there not on console

 

Firstly, You will need to reset you Internet router (NOT TURN OF AND BACK ON) There should be another button on your router to reset it, Sometimes it can be indented to prevent accidental pressing. Once you reset your router you your IP address will be changed.

Also, In some states hacking of this sort is a Criminal Offence which the FBI Cyber Crime Unit will deal with this type of issue, you can report incidents of this type here:

Then to the issue regarding MS Points, To my knowledge they no longer exist. You pay for things on live with your Local Currency through your Bank account or Paypal.

He has my ip address saved and boots me when he wants.

I left [Mod Removed] and all he wants to do is boot me and my new clan members.

He threatens to S.W.A.T gamers.

he boots people off for Master Rank 1- He boots whoever he wants.

HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE WANT HIM BANNED OR CONSOLE BANNED.

Please help hundreds of people out Microsoft, he ruins the fun for whoever he plays with.
