Getting kicked off xbox live

hi

I have 4 xboxes in my house I've set them all to my home xbox on my gamer tag and set up all family members on each xbox and all have my account on them. My problem is that after one month of purchasing xbox live (1year) 2 xboxes won't go on xbox live and
1 xbox is saying I've passed my 5 home xbox, what can I do??

i keep getting kicked off xbox live every time i sign in 5 mins later and i get kicked off any one know whats wrong and i seem to be getting a lot of lag?help please!!!!!!

Hi there,

We appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. You can only have one console marked as your Home designated Xbox to share games and Xbox Live. So, you can be logged into the console you're playing on without disturbing the Home console you designated.
The other two consoles would need to have another Xbox Live subscription attached to them. Thank you.

When ever I'm on xbox live why does it kick Me off of xbox live I can be on xbox live for like 20mins and suddenly I get kicked off and have to sign in all again help please.

According to your gamercard you still have an active Gold membership since your gamer tag name is in gold letters. You may want to check your
https://commerce.microsoft.com to see when your Gold subscription expires. Additionally, you may want to go an Xbox Live Connection test as well as checking your local Xbox Live status (http://xbox.com/status).

It also depends on how well your router performs UPnP. Each Xbox One uses the same ports to communicate to the router which in turns talks to Xbox LIVE. Some routers I've used don't dynamically update the UPnP table as well as they should.

I experienced the same issue you had and it was due to my other Xbox One being turned on first, thus reserving the ports via UPnP and allowing itself to have an open NAT. I then turn on my second Xbox One and I had a moderate, or sometimes strict NAT due
to the required ports being reserved for the first Xbox One.

I'm not saying this is the issue you have, but if other troubleshooting steps fail, reset the router and then turn on your Xbox One first (meaning the other Xbox One is unplugged completely), and test functionality. If the issue no longer appears, then that's
probably the fault and you will have to manually forward the ports via the router which you might not have any control since it's provided by Charter. Of course if the ports are forwarded to your Xbox One, then your brother will probably experience the same
issue you are now.
