Getting immediately logged out of Xbox

I understand how frustrating this issue can be. I'd like to help you find a solution.

Are you trying to log into the website in a browser like Edge, on the Xbox App, or on a console?

If you're trying to login with Edge, go ahead and delete the cache and cookies with the steps here:

If you're trying to sign in on the console, try clearing the cache on your console:

1. Turn off the console by holding the power button for 10 seconds.

2. Unplug the power cable from the back.

3. Wait at least 10 seconds.

4. Plug the power cable back in.

5. Turn the console back on.

If you're trying to login on the Xbox App, try resetting the Xbox App by following these steps:

1. Press Win + I to open Settings.

2. Navigate to Apps and then Installed apps.

3. Scroll through the list and find System components.

4. Locate "Xbox App" click on the three-dot menu, and choose Advanced options.

5. First, try clicking Repair to see if that resolves the problem. If the issue continues, select Reset.

Also, reset the Microsoft Store app by pressing the Win + R key and type:

wsreset.exe

You can only log on to one Xbox One with an account, it will immediately log you out of any other console when you log on.

Logging in there does work and immediately signs me into my profile, however moving to the Xbox home section automatically logs me out and makes it impossible to sign in.
