Best thing to use is edge or firefox thats with anything to.with sites thst use forums and xbox.com does prefer more .standardized browsers

Chrome even has issues with fb

And well first fill out exactly what you want to ask the menus are there and no you cant skip ahead which is why you are I. The loop

You must.select. From 1-5 and fill them out instead of asking for the virtual assistant which is why it is bringing you back.to.the loop

Then when you hit 5 after filling out 1-4 you can click contact us

As chief mentions you must go thru the menu

One it routes you to the right person and gives the agent a better idea of what help you need

Because ironically a billing agent cant help with hardware or live issues

Hence.why the menu is there

Bypass the virtual assistant by clicking more options underneath it. The page will ask you another questions and then you should see more options for contacting support. If you don't see an option for phone or chat, change your topic.
