Yea the password was changed so they couldnt do anything about it. I believe the email was changed as well.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to have your unauthorized access instance attended to. I can totally understand how this could be really distressing. If whoever had hacked your account also changed the sign in email address for your
account, then I suggest getting back in contact with
customer support as they are the only ones who could help with an account issue like that.

There is no way to transfer information like game licenses between accounts.

When you get the chance, reach back out to them so they can help with this account takeover problem.

If you're using an Xbox One and your banned account had the console set as its Home console, you can still access the games on a new account. Otherwise, games cannot be transferred between accounts and you forfeit everything on the account when you receive
a ban.

Nothing Microsoft nor these forums will do. You'll need to speak to a lawyer if you're actually concerned about it. It's in the terms of service.
