Getting frequent disconnects

It started when i downloaded state of decay 2 heartland,

:)

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Its the game itself,we r trying another game right now and its not getting disconnected

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! just to clarify, what is getting disconnected frequently, the console form your network, or is the console turning itself off? When you installed the Heartland DLC did the installation stop at any point? I would
suggest checking your network with this
Network Troubleshooter.

We did all that, and we still get frequent disconnects. It also seems to be that the more we talk, the more frequent the disconnects become. If we remain silent, we stay in the party longer.
