This is the third time Im posting here. Rewards is now telling me my billing info is incorrect, which is incorrect, the info is all entered correctly. I think if I dont get my reward points converted by the next deposit date i will probably just get a refund.

Please help me!

My Microsoft points are gone

OK. I have not used PayPal before, so I dont know if the below data is normal. But if my payment was botched, than I should have get back the unused money to my Pay Pal account, whitch did not occured.

Missing microsoft points

I purchased 4000 microsoft points but they have not been credited to my account, how do I get these points credited to my account and when can I get them?

As I said... NAT type tends to change sometimes. Please try my solution. Hope it works.

Once again, this has NOTHING to do with xbox. You can connect on MSN, Facebook, etc.... except Xbox Live party and games because they usually require an open NAT Type from both sides. The internet connection might have changed to strict. The update has no
part in this. Now here is a magic trick that just might work (I change my NAT to open using this 1 minute step). It doesn't work for everyone, but it works for almost 60% of people. Sign in to XBL. Then directly go to test connection. Start the testing, and
let it continue until it finishes. Once it finishes, sign in. Your NAT should be open then. This seems pretty stupid, but trust me, it works for many people, including me.

It's not about being able to chat on MSN or not, it's something that's needed for more than just XBOX.

You have to understand that if your NAT type is not Open and it's set to Strict or Moderate that means that you will have issues with not just XBOX Live but issues with online gaming in general PC/PS3/XBOX/Wii etc. It affects all facets of online capabilities,
not just XBOX Live.

If you haven't setup your routers password then it should be default, if you know your routers model number Google it with the words password.

For Example: Linksys Routers Default Password - Replace Linksys with whatever brand router you have.

Once you've done that follow the instructions here and follow Solution 4.
