    Getting falsely removed as an Ambassador


    I got back from a deployment about two weeks ago & just found out that my Ambassador status was removed. When I looked on my account for violations I found an offense for an inappropriate profile picture. Turns out my little brother logged onto my phone & changed my picture which thus got me the strike. Because we can’t use our phones on deployments I leave it at home & I let my little brother use my Xbox, that’s changing real quick. I just wanna know if I can get this status removed so I can rejoin the Ambassador program, the offense was back in September 2020.

    You would have to check http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if you can submit a case review, but as some time has passed, it's probably unlikely. Otherwise, an enforcement action as an Ambassador means permanent removal from the program.

    I suspect that you won't have much luck. As it's your account it's your responsibility no matter who you claim did what.

    Yea, it’s honestly a damn shame.

    Haven’t had a suspension in over 2 years, today I get 4. I was also removed from the Xbox ambassador program due to false suspensions, such as this for an example.

    You'll need to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.
