Getting error

It seems that there are some players on Xbox 360 experiencing the same issue as you.

I'm starting thinking that could be a temporary issue with the Xbox 360 servers

By the way, I already let Microsoft know about this issue in that thread, hopefully an agent is going to reply as soon as possible

If the issue persist please try waiting couple hours or even until tomorrow to see if the issue finally gets fixed.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get your games started up.

I split your post from it's original thread so that we could make sure your situation gets the appropriate attention.

Now, I would suggest that if you have this happening again and again and none of your games are coming up, then to first verify that those digitally purchased games are in your

order history. If they all show up there, then try to remove and redownload your account as outlined in

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One.

If you are still experiencing issues after, then I suggest a soft reset.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games & apps.
