1. Close OneNote completely again.

2. Press Win + R, then type:

%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneNote\16.0

If you’re using Office 2019/2021 or Microsoft 365, replace "16.0" with your version number.



3. Find and delete the Cache folder.

4. Restart OneNote and give it another shot.

PC also restarted.

Still showing same error.
