Could possibly be a glitch, I would recommend rebooting both your console and your router / modem and give it another shot.

Thank you for providing us that information. If you cannot purchase backwards compatible games from the Xbox One console or from the online 360 Marketplace using different browsers, which you are redirected to after selecting "See Price" from the Microsoft
Store, then this could be the result of a localized service interruption with the 360 marketplace.

Best thing to do is get in contact with Xbox customer support to report the issue and even the Microsoft Store since this does seem to be a Store/Marketplace issue.

3. Select See other options
4. Select Payment & Billing
5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
6. Select request a call from support if available or there should be a number for you to call

Perhaps if you try using a different browser? How was it that you accessed the website?
