Getting error message saying my router is using something other than the WPA2

I'm getting the message on my XBOX1 "Your security protocol won't work"

This console supports WPA/WPA@ (personal)< WPA2 (personal), and WEP network security protocols, but your router is using something else. You'll need to change your router's configuration.

The router/ motem says right on it that it is WPA2-personal

It connected okay when we first got the XBOX but now it wont anymore. The motem or router I don't know what you call it is an Actiontec PK5000 with Quest. Please help!!!

The other people using my router are worried about the security issue involved, where WPA2 is much safer than WEP. I would, if I could.
