Having difficulty with startup. Have tried to restore factory settings but get this message.

If all fails you will either need to set up a repair or contact Xbox Support like mentioned on that troubleshooting page, since it is a hardware issue, in this case most likely hard drive.

Thanks. Must be a drive issue. I’ve done the steps to reset factory options and thats when I get the message.
