    I bought a 12 month Xbox live gold subscription for Xbox 360 last night. I redeemed the code on my PC. When I go onto the console I can see that in the purchase history it says I bought the gold membership. When I go to settings,
    account, memberships I get the error message In the subject line. When trying to play plant vs zombies that I bought last night before realizing that I would then need the Xbox live gold in order to play it, it just keeps saying that there is a update available
    and you can't play without doing the update. Thenwhen you try and update now, it says that we must confirm the purchase, when we do this it says the device is full which is why we bought the Xbox live gold option for the storage space in the first place. This
    is so frustrating. Please help,,

    Getting Error Code 8c150009 On Console … I don't have any problems with the xbox.com website, everything shows correctly.

    but nothing shown on account subscriptions in my xbox and gives the error 8c150009.

    My Xbox Gold Live expiry date 06/04/2018 , what happen?

    Getting Error Code 8C150009 on Console

    Hello,

    I am not having any problems signing in to Xbox Live, playing on xbox live or purchasing and downloading content.

    But when I go to "Account Management" on my console, in the area where it would normally say Gold Membership, it says "Cannot list your membership details at this time. Please try again later" Then a pop-up window comes up and says "There is a problem with
    the Xbox Live Service. Please try again later. Please see http://xbox.com/errorhelp for more details. Error Code 8C150009." I have been getting this message for a few weeks now.

    Now when I go onto xbox.com, it says I am a Gold Member paid up to July 2013 and shows all my details without any problems. When I go to http://xbox.com/errorhelp and put in the code 8C150009 it gives a response "Error Code not found."

    Why am I getting this error on my console and also why won't it list my membership details on my console? How do I get rid of this error?
