    Getting Error code 87dd0006 its almost like my account has disappeared


    the issue is i cannot sign into my xbox live profile

    i was using the xbox app on the pc where i do most of my gaming on xbox live and for some reason i received the code 87dd0006 when i tried to sign in and use the xbox app i couldn't access any of the software i had downloaded or any of the games which i had used the day before.

    i attempted to resolve the issue by going onto google searching for answers and nothing worked i went onto my xbox live profile via the xbox website and the result was that my profile had zero recent activities, zero friends and zero achievements this is what is giving me trouble.

    however it appears my profile is wiped or disappearing my little brother who has an xbox is still able to see my profile on it and can see that i have well over 0 friends and achievements however he also cannot sign into it from that device.

    this error is giving me a lot of trouble and im wondering what options there are to resolve it as i am quite an old user of xbox live thank you.
