Getting Error Code 1170000 on Microsoft Solitaire Collection on Android

When trying to log into my Xbox Live account on my phone to play Microsoft Solitaire Collections, error code 1170000 appears no matter what. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, downloaded Microsoft Authenticator and nothing works.

I play the game on my Surface Pro while logged in with no problems.

When I try to sign in to MS Solitaire Collection, I get a sign in error "We could not sign you in to Xbox Live. Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ.... error code: 1170000."

Unfortunately I can't find this error code, or the answer at that link. I'm running Win 10. Help please!

Manage to resolve the sign in error after re-register the app:

Get-AppxPackage -allusers *MicrosoftSolitaireCollection* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

I'm getting the same error.

Did not occur with version 4.4.8273.1

Started with happening with version 4.4.9042.1.

Installed latest update today 9.4.9272.1 and it still occurs and I cannot login.

I also followed those instructions which are written for a PC and NOT an Android phone and still have the problem.
