Getting error code 0x87e1000a when trying to open Report a Problem and Microsoft Store...

Thank you for your help but as stated ,the problem is I CANNOT open my network settings as it gives me the error 0x80070490 ,not to be confused with the error code 0x87e1000a When I try open the Microsoft store ,thinking better solution is to get a PS4 but I've been Microsoft always!

No I do not ,I would like to say that when I plug my Ethernet cable into my Xbox I can access online features but Still can't access my network settings on my console and my Microsoft store says error 0x87e1000a when try to open it

Further to this problem if I select th store icon in the centre button menu I get the erroe code 0x87e1000a. if you put the error code into xbox.com/errorcode it isn't there and the page comes up with 0x87e1000f which is the code you get if you're tring to connect to a game session but have the wrong version of the game installed! How can it be possible for error codes to be used that Microsoft don't seem to know?
