Getting Error 0x807d0106 when trying to connect to a party on Xbox App on Windows 10

When I attempt to create a party on the Xbox App, I've been receiving this error message of 0x807d0106. I'm also deafened and muted when I try to talk on the party. Details about the issue are below. I think it may be Teredo related, but I have no information
so far on how to fix it.

Party Chat has no audio on Xbox App

I have been trying to get party chat to work on windows 10's xbox app for a while now. I don't get an error message or anything and everyone has been able to connect but there is no audio and the people in the party can't hear me. Is there a way to fix this?

through the app's smiley face.

Does your Actiontec have the ability to control IPv6 addresses? You can try messing with that to see if that fixes you as well. I would defer to your gateway's manual to ensure you're doing it accurately.
