Getting error 0x8020002e while installing

After updating my pc to windows 8.1, I was getting error 0x8020002e while installing Soltaire collection game only. All other apps had installed and are working properly. I also tried in other user accounts.

Plz help me I'm a great fan of this game.

Save file is corrupt

Try installing the game. If the disc is faulty you will get a disc unreadable error while installing. That way you know to get the disc replaced.

If the game is already installed then try uninstalling and then installing again.

Please try installing the game one more time, but before you do, press the Windows Key+R and type wsreset.exe in the dialog box that opens and then press Enter. After this short program runs, re-open the Windows Store app and try installing the game again.

If for some reason you get the same error or a different error, please try installing and playing Shuffle Party as this game's error codes may help us to figure out what's going wrong.

Please, reset the store and try installing the game again.

To Reset the Store, Press the Windows Key + R > Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

If the error still persists, create a folder named XboxGames on your C: drive.

Then, follow these steps:

Open the Microsoft Store, click on your Profile Picture, and select Settings.

Then, select the C: drive as the drive location and select the XboxGames folder as the installation path.

HI Rodrigo

The issue got resolved by changing the storage settings.

I had downloaded the game in a D drive, but the settings for installing the new app were set to C drive. That was the issue.

When I have selected a different folder it is obvious that I wanted to install it there. Successfully wasted 8hrs and downloaded the game twice. Thanks, Microsoft
