    Getting “ Disc read error [8.7]: 'ww_global_shared_mp.fp' - Check log for more information”


    every time I open call of duty to play Warzone I get this error code. I’ve already factory reset my Xbox 1. Installed everything for the game. Ran the power cycle reset as well. Still getting the same problem when I open the game.

    That didn't work. The error code is Disc read (8.7):'eng_global_shared_mp.ff'

    What happening is when I start modern warfare 2 up the playlist won't update.

    I keep getting a “Disc read error [8.7]: ‘ww_mp_jup_bigmap.ff’ - Check log for more information every time I try to play MWZ on MW3 (2023).

    I had no issues at all until I checked the manage files setting within CoD. I noticed I had Warzone 2 and DMZ installed. I uninstalled these and am now getting the error. Currently reinstalling. Makes no sense to me why we need two game modes that have nothing to do with MW3 installed in order to play.

    I deleted Warzone then this happened. Been having issues with friend request being locked too. Deleted game and reinstalled yesterday. No fix for friend requests, and got disc read error because I didn't have Warzone installed.
