Getting "Choose another item - This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft ...

I don't know if this is progress or bad news but I am now getting a different error message when I try to log on to Mahjong. It says "Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help. The error code is 0xC03F00D, in case you need it.".
I have tried leaving the app running, as the message suggested, but that did not resolve it. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I ran wsreset but no luck. Is this a different problem that needs resolving or is it part of the same one? Please
advise and thanks for your help.

 

hi TrimPoem, Sounds like a different issue. and we don't see other reports on this, Can you please help us out and report this issue as well? We will escalate to the proper teams to investigate.

Getting this same issue with Microsoft Jigsaw.

A LOT of people are getting this problem, but there doesn't seem to be a solution out there.

Habe auch das Problem mit der App vom Jigsaw Puzzle alle anderen Spiele auf den PC von Microsoft laufen einwandfrei, vom 01,08-13,08 war alles ok. ab den 14,08,2016 nach windows 10 update hat das Problem begonnen, bitte um Hilfe das mein Puzzle Jigsaw wieder
geht .

I am pleased to say that the new release of Mahjong has solved the problem for me, I am no longer getting error messages and can now log in and play the game. It has taken a long time but it's sorted.

 

This problem isn't solved.

I have the exact same problem with Microsoft Jigsaw.

The message "This in app purchase is no longer available" pops up, and then the Login to Xbox live fails. This happens with my account, no matter what PC I am on. It also happens with anyone using this computer.

Does anyone have a solution? There is no way that I can pay for premium when the game isn't even working.

 

I was having this exact same problem with Microsoft Jigsaw. I tried clearing the Windows Store cache as follows and it fixed my problem:

Clear Your Windows Store Cache

1. Press Windows Key and R
2. In the box that pops up, type wsreset.exe and press Enter
3. The Windows Store will launch for you (with its cache nice and clean!)

 

Signing in is a big issue on ALL micorosoft games. Sometimes the problem seems to be solved but after a few days its back. JigSaw keeps telling that the purchase no longer exists (I didnot buy anything) after which logging in is impossible. Other games also
login extremely slowly if at all. The only game that worked fine was Solitaire, but since a few days it also refuse to login. Restarting my Surface sometimes helps, but in general I am getting frustrated, all Microsoft games are really SLOW. My live is too
short for watching a turning circle most of the time. If a game works it still is 50% of the time waiting... waiting... downloading...

 

I have been having the same problem with Microsoft Sudoku for the last week or so. How come this hasn't been sorted out by now? It's clearly an ongoing issue for many people.

 

I have found a workaround. I went into my Xbox profile, clicked on 'my games' and then clicked 'play' on Microsoft Sudoku. It took a while but it finally signed me in and allowed me access.

 

This worked for me:

Open a Command Prompt in Admin mode

Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter

Give it a min to reset the Windows Store
