    I have an up-to-date premium subscription to Microsoft Mahjong on Windows 10 and have been playing it with no problems - until yesterday. I can log into other Xbox apps (e.g. Microsoft Solitaire Collection) but when I launch the Mahjong app, I get a message
    saying "Choose another item - This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft Mahjong" and I can't log in. I tried troubleshooting the problem, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app (which helpfully wiped out my games achievements, with
    only 3 games to go to get my Perfect score for April). So it does not appear to be a problem with Xbox connectivity, just with Mahjong. Any help would be very gratefully received.

    On one of my Windows 10 computers I can't log in to Microsoft Jigsaw, I get a dialog "Choose another item" "This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw [CV:vk6N2amsxUKscmFq.34.2]. I have run the App troubleshooter and uninstalled
    and re-installed to no avail. My laptop signs in OK to the same account.

    ALL of my completed puzzles have been reset + In-app purchase not available error

    All of my completed puzzles have been reset. Also getting error message: "Choose another item - This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw". What gives Microsoft? Took me a lot of time to complete those.

    Hey TrimPoem364103,

    Sounds like this could be an issue with Mahjong specifically. What version of the Xbox App are you using? If you're using the standard version of the Xbox App, you could try installing the Xbox (Beta) App and see if that helps, but if not, it'd also be great
    if you could submit feedback using the Xbox (Beta) App after reproducing this issue. The data we receive is always helpful for tracking down these types of issues Getting "Choose another item - This in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft ... :) .

    I am on version 15.15.22005. Following your suggestion, I installed the Beta app but unfortunately the problem remains.

  9. I am having the same problem loggig oto Microsoft Jigsaw. I can log on to Microsoft Solitare, Sudoku and Mahjong as well as Magic Puzzles. I log into all with my Microsoft log in and on the main Microsoft site. Please help.

  10. DeniedCoast094, Did you report the problem on the Xbox app beta, as described above by Hammer? I reported it on 3rd May but have had no reply. I have had the problem for 2 weeks now and am hoping for an answer.

    Also have this problem with Jigsaw and Mahjong. Solitaire works fine. Have tried all the troubleshooting tips and nothing is working.

  12. Is there any progress on this problem? Is there any further troubleshooting I could perform? I have tried to play Mahjong on a different machine, also running Windows 10 but the problem remains so it seems to be connected with my account. I also don't understand
    why Mahjong is showing as having in-app purchases when I view it in the Store as there do not seem to be any possible add-ons to purchase with the Mahjong app. Since I reported the problem, other people have come forward with the same error message, so perhaps
    you could up the urgency of this support request. Any help or progress reports would be welcome. Thanks.

    Hi TrimPoem364103, we have not received an update. Based on your feedback this may be more of game related issue than an issue with Xbox App since your able to login to the Xbox App just fine correct? If yes, please report this issue again and let me know.
