    Getting charged for ultimate monthly but don’t have it anymore. Can’t contact customer...


    So I noticed my account was still being charged 18.18 for ultimate monthly even though I canceled my subscription on my console. I don’t have ultimate written next to my gamer tag showing my subscription type. There’s nothing there. But still being charged. But says on their website when I log in that I haven’t had any charges for 2 months but I have had a few. How do I stop this? How do I get my refund before it hits over 100$ and get my months back I’ve already paid for??

    Do you have more email addresses?

    If that's correct, you may want to check your Microsoft account order history with each one.

    However, if that's not the case, that means someone is using your card without authorization.

    So, in order to stop incoming charges, you need to contact your financial institution.

    In addition to that, to get a refund you need to dispute the charges with your bank as stated in the refund eligibility section of the article I'm going to share below:

    Furthermore, please refrain from sharing personal information, including email addresses, order numbers, etc.

    XBOX Live intentionally double charging people who change subscriptions

    You'll have to get in contact with support again as that's not true.

    If you are on a monthly sub & then get a 3 month sub it shouldn't charge you for both,it should automatically switch to charging you monthly to 3 monthly.

    Shall have a look in the ToU later but to my knowledge what they said about manually cancelling the monthly sub isn't in there.

    But my monthly subscription to ultimate still gets charged to my verizon bill. Which makes absolutely no sense.
