    Getting booted off of online games every 30 minutes


    My internet is fine, i have reset everything and the problem is still occuring, is anyone else getting this issue?

    Hi, try contacting BT broadband and asking for a 24hr line check. Had a similar issue with Sky at a previous address and they insisted there were no faults but when I eventually got them to do a line check, they discovered a fault with their equipment.

    Also are you wired or using WiFi, if you are using WiFi it maybe passive interference (walls, cables, pipes) that the signal has to pass through, you could try getting a signal booster (around £20) If you are wired, try getting a new CAT6 cable and trying
    that out.

    Hey Jessie thanks for keeping in touch!

    We suggest, if all else fails, to do a reset of the console since
    the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a

    Soft Factory Reset     (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

    • There is a stable network connection.
    • The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
    Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
