    Getting billed for an account I don't control


    Hi, I've been getting billed for ea access every month and I just noticed. However on xbox neither of my two accounts aren't subscribed to ea access, only gold/games pass. I don't know of any other accounts that I can login to to see if its getting billed,
    as I have tried a few old ones and they aren't. I must not remember the login to the account or it's compromised and I am now unable to stop the billing as it can only be done through the account. Can I have some assistance please and thanks Getting billed for an account I don't control :)

    Log in to the website and check your account subscriptions there:

    https://account.microsoft.com/account/manage-my-account

    Are you doing game sharing with anyone by putting yiur account on their console? Maybe that is how the EA subscription was started without your knowledge.

    Make sure there are no other accounts anywhere including pc as if you had a free trial of EA access it will automatically start billing you when the trial ends hope this helps :)

    Please note that no one here, including regular Microsoft Support is capable to send password reset links or modify account information due to security policies

    If maybe the methods above doesn’t work for you. The best option is contact your bank and ask them to block all the incoming charges from Microsoft

    (Or you can ask them to delete/block the current card and give you a new one)
