Getting banned for nothin

We understand that you were permanently banned from your Xbox account. Microsoft takes account bans very seriously and they are usually only issued after a thorough investigation.

As per support article, the subscription for your Xbox is canceled. However, for the in-game currency that depends on the game support.

When an account is permanently banned from the Xbox network, your Xbox subscriptions are canceled.

Note This applies to your Xbox subscriptions only. You can still sign into your Microsoft account and manage your payment options, devices, and other account info.

I DID EVERYTHING AND STILL NOTHIN AND IM ON MY SECOND XBOX ONE NOTHIN WORKS PISSED OFF

I have sort of the same problem. I can't get away from the gamehub.... Can't get to my account or games or nothin'
