Getting banned for a profile picture

Hi, so I got banned for having an profile picture, they let me have it for two years before I got banned two days ago, they said it violated guidelines and when I went to appeal for it, i got no response or anything, can I please get help to try and get my account back?

Yea but last time this happened I got suspended for profile picture and message banned and my profile picture was Maggie Simpson with a shirt that says I'm with stupid and I didn't even msg anyone to get banned

So This is my 3rd ban and it was for one day for a profile picture which was a hamster and my friend was dared to do it and i was wondering if i could ever get my own custom profile picture again?

I can answer your primary question about your Gamerpic removal though. You are quite welcome to create your own Gamerpics, but you are not allowed to use copyrighted material for your own Gamerpic. This is why your picture of Tobi/Obito from Naruto Shippuden was removed.
