    My Xbox live account was locked due to suspicious activity. And I can't get back in without getting a code from a number no longer in existence. Yet when I answer the questions it prompts me that the information isn't enough and I don't know what else to do

    If you are inquiring about the automated email feedback sent after summation of account recovery form then you will receive it maximum 24 hours. However to make sure we are on the same page, can you please detail out the concern you are raising?

    Like, what error code/message you always see when you try to sign in to your account?

    When was the last time you have signed into your account.

    Because this problem requires personal information and we are on a public forum, only direct support from a Microsoft or Xbox agent may be able to help resolve this issue. You can get in touch with an agent using "Contact Us" on the Xbox support website. More importantly, please make sure that any payment methods on the account have been changed and that your banking institutions are secured on their end by contacting your bank.
