getting an old forgotten deleted EA account unlinked from my xbox account

so few days ago i got xbox game pass ultimate and i wanted to play few games that require ea account like a way out and NFS heat and i couldnt since my xbox is linked to a REALLY REALLY old EA account and i cant unlink it since all the info i get is if i remember correctly 67****@deactivated.ea.com like how the f am i supposed to know what email i used withh that info and i really cant even tink of an email i owned that starts with 67 is there any possible way ti fix it? i tried contacting EA support and they were extremly useless refusing to unlink my account and being abit rude in the process.

Unfortunately, microsoft does not have access to the linking system, which is exclusively EA's own.

Therefore, only EA has access to the linking system.

Try to call their support again, in order to get another attendant. Who knows, maybe he can help you.

go here and choose the xbox logo and log in with your xbox account, this should let you access the ea account where you can unlink it. be warned some games in-game content is linked to the ea account and not the xbox account, you may lose access to some in game items as a result, to get them back you must relink back to the original ea account.

If it is truly that old and fully deactivated then only EA support can deal with it as it is linked on their servers and Microsoft has no access to those servers.
