    Getting this message trying to buy Castlevania SOTN. I also can't get to checkout screen on my Xbox, that's why I tried online.

    Sorry to hear it. The screen your seeing is usually due to a cache issue. Can you either try on a different browser or clear the browsers cache to see if that helps?

    Hey Solid Gabx! This error can come up if you're having region issues with your account and console. If the physical location of your console is different from your region you'll need to change it
    here. Post back and let me know how it goes!
