Getting a silly amount of 'claim your points' notifications despite turning them off

Thanks for responding! Sorry if I sounded a bit exasperated!

Xbox Game Bar version is 5.822.11281.0

Game Services version is 8.71.12001.0

The problem has always been around for me, since about a year ago when I first subscribed to Game Pass, except it used to be that I'd get one unavoidable notification about rewards each day I played a game on there. Since upgrading to Windows 11, I've been receving 4 notifcations about rewards each day.

I have submitted a report to the Xbox team via the Feedback Hub.

Based on the description, it appears that you receive deluge of notifications about claiming Microsoft reward points..

Before anything else, let me ask you the following questions below so that I fully understand the problem.

1. What is the version of your Xbox Game bar?
   
2. When does the issue started?
   
3. What is the version of your Xbox Game services?
   

You can see it to Xbox app > select profile > Settings > About.

In your case, kindly submit a report to the team Xbox -

1. Navigate to the settings of Xbox Game Bar application and look for Send for feedback.
   
2. Select “Feedback” in the drop-down menu
   
3. Select “Report a problem”
   
4. Click Give new feedback
   
5. Add [Xbox Forum] in “Summarize your feedback” followed by a feedback summary
   
   • Summary should be descriptive and fully detailing the error you are receiving. Links redirecting to this forum post will not be accepted and will cause a delay in your feedback submission.
     
6. Category should automatically be selected.
   
7. In the "add more details" category, you will have the option to "Recreate my problem". Recreating the problem will help us further pinpoint the error you are receiving.
   
8. Once complete, post the title of the bug report along with the submission date in this thread
