    I made a mistake in buying The Elder Scrolls Online;

    Can you guys please make it easier for me to get a refund. I didn't even want it. I'm sure others would love to have a system that let's you return games after you bought them by mistake or it wasn't exactly what you were hoping
    for.

    Xbox Store has a refund program now. Buy the game and try it out. As long as you don't play more than two hours you can get a refund within two weeks.

    anything via pc for fortnite needs to be purchased via epic store or in game, if you purchase off microsoft store then you need to log in via an xbox to sync. i would get a refund and then re purchase.

    Did you try the options of
    Self Service Refunds    ? This allows you to return a digital game if you're returning it within 14 days of purchase and have not played it for more than 2 hours.

    It involves going to account.microsoft.com, then go to your orders, and you should be able to see option for Refund, if that game is eligible for online refund. Else, have a chat with Xbox Support (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/),
    and they are really helpful.

    it depends on the store where it was purchased. If the item was purchased via the Microsoft/Xbox store then this support page will show the steps and limitations on how to request a refund:

     If it was purchased via a different store you will need to check the information on that store/platform on what can be refunded or not

    I can't access Terraria in the Microsoft Store

    I apologize but you will be needing to request a refund. Please sign in to https://xbox.com/refunds to do so.

    If you would like to get the game for PC, you may need to purchase it via Steam launcher because the one on Microsoft Store is for Xbox as well.
