I'm just gonna say this I already filed a report to get my ban lifted due to the fact I said c. [Otten] but yet "[mod removed]" can get away with calling me countless vulgar names in the book and use racial profiling and I report all of his messages and he continues to harras me and yet he gets to get away Scot free?? And I already know your "enforcement" team going to deny my appeal cause they always do saying c. [Otten] Is apparently bad and I didn't use any kind of vulgar language to go agaisnt the code of conduct but if this guy who reported me for saying cotten doesnt get banned then I know for a fact there is something going on and this is pathetic. This dude can get away with calling me a [mod removed] and gets away with it like really xbox??? Saying cotten can get you banned and this dude calls me cracker being HIGHLy racist but no it's ok for him but not me

I understand the frustration, and advise you to report again, this phrase of the user in question.

Punishments certainly have to be applied.

In return, any user who violates the terms will run the risk of being banned

I reported all of his messages and yet he doesnt get banned and I just got a message from xbox saying the file I reported on him did not meet the terms and service so he didnt get NO ban yet he able to swear and be racist yet I say cotten and I get a coms banned for 8 days, yall have a terrible report system

I know for a fact if I lose another account I have had for a few years I will never buy an xbox product ever again.

Ok I waited 1 day and as expected my appel was denied

good one xbox as usual and as for the player that stated in the start of my question I had several of my friends to report him and I reported his messages all of them again and come to find out apparently it did not meet your community standards violations threshold and NO action was taken so a guy can get away with calling me racist slurs and vulgar language in his voice messages and not get banned yet I get banned for saying cotten and I get denied for my appel xD yall are terrible this is why people go to playstation always banning the wrong person but letting the other get away Scot free thanks xbox having a loyal customer for more thne 2 decades and I get treated like this thanks
