getting 0x8007003B error while trying to login with my primary account in my xbox one

If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you a few questions:

- Have you already tried removing your account from the console and adding it again? You can do this by going to Settings > Account > Remove Accounts.

- Could you check if there are any pending system updates for your console? You can see this at Settings > System > Updates.

- Could you go to Settings > General > Network Settings, and let me know what you see under "Current Network Status"? your network's name is not necessary.

Im having the exact same error. Cant login from my primary XBL account (Supanaut) but can login from this one (which is attached to my Family Gold account)? Frustrating as I need to contact the rewards team as I renewed my Gold Family and never received
the reward points :/

Was there a resolution to this. I am having the same issue.

1. I am logged in as the primary account owner

2. The account I am trying to add is on a trial at this point

3. The account I am trying to add is downloaded on the primary console and there was no issues in doing that.

4. The account I am trying to add can login on this primary console and access live, etc

4. I get NO error codes, just the same error noted in the previous posts

I was getting a similar issue where the game would begin installation and before it downloaded anything it would error out. It took me some while to guess what was going on...

My Microsoft account has multiple aliases. A time ago I changed the primary alias from what I used all my life to another one - and this causes all sort of problems with Microsoft products (I've had the same issue with Visual Studio in the past).

If that's your case, try to change back to what used to be your primary alias when you first subscribe to X-Box.

P.S.: I had one other symptom which helped me diagnose - the xbox app was displaying the login box all the time while loading panels in the game browser. The windows would appear and after a little while just disappear (probably because I was already logged in but it needed to keep sending my info to the server and get new tokens).

I've tried to login to account.live.com with my hotmail address and also with my gmail address. Both are working (with the same password) and I always get into the SAME account, I hope because both addresses are listed under Account aliases (my hotmail is
the primary alias). If somehow I have 2 accounts how will I login to the another one?
