    you will not get a reply here. if you already talked to support staff and they said you need to ask the enforcement team, why are you posting here? we are not the enforcement team. you should contact support again and find out from them how you can get
    information from the enforcement team.

    if you talked to 5 different support people, then why are you still asking us for info? in two threads no less!!!
