As a techy person who also builds PCs as well as playing on the Xbox console's I can confirm with little doubt that there is an internal hardware fault with the console. Most likely there is a graphics hardware failure with the system APU.

I know that sounds all rather technical, but in layman's terms, the chip that holds both the processor and the graphics hardware, the 'APU' (advanced processing unit) is failing. This will manifest as graphical anomalies on your TV/monitor.

There is no way to fix this yourself as it's an internal hardware fault. You'll have set up a repair.

Do you have the necessary space on your internal SSD?

Is this issue happening through Microsoft flight simulator file manager or normal Xbox download?

The really sad part is that coercive The Enforcement Team are currently suspending and banning people for user generated content that is critical of the service. We as customers, been had constant issues for the past two years and the only consistent functionality
of the service appears to be that customers get punished on multiple fronts. Whether it be be at the hands of The Enforcement Team or by the constant bugs and over lack of common sense features and functionality. The "conspiracy theorists" were right, Microsoft
wants full control over your hardware and software in addition to continually monitoring your communication.

WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS! OUR VOICE SHOULD MATTER AND WE SHOULD NOT BE PUNISHED FOR BEING TRUTHFUL ABOUT HOW WE PERCEIVE THE LACK OF QUALITY ASSURANCE AND/OR THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT.

The "Ambassador Program" (Free Technical Support Labor) program is a failure and so is the "Preview Program" (Free Quality Assurance Labor). Its time to stop trying to get customers to answer technical support chats for free and its time to stop trying
to get customers to bug test for free if this is the kind of quality of service we can expect. Why continue to try to contribute our precious time and hard earned money to a service that doesn't value its customers from the top down?
