    I have merged all the reports regarding this issue from the community thus far and our primary platform engineer is investigating the possible cause. Our team is currently trying to reproduce the issue and we are working with the Activision team as well. Investigations on a scale as large as this do take time but we do have a team of people looking into this issue currently.
