Get this error (no applicable app licence found) all the time when using Xbox Game Pass for PC

I have the same error.

My pc started acting up this morning so I reinstalled Windows 10 64 Pro from scratch and patched it to newest security patchlevel.

Afterwards I could not install the xbox game pass pc application. It fails everytime with the same error 0x803FB005

I managed to get the application installed using a different link for "offline" installation. Cant remember where I found the link. When starting Xbox (beta) application a message say that an important component is missing (being gaming-services) and it
will try to install it.

In the store download queue the download fails with the code 0x803FB005

I have tried the powershell commands as suggested in this thread:

But the problem persists.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot access all my EA games that i used to play before. The EA application shows a message saying that my xbox game pass was expired and I have to renew game pass to play. However I checked that my Xbox PC game pass was not expired. I can still play games in xbox app but not games in EA play. I tried to restart the app and logged out many times, but no response at all.

I'm experiencing the same problem as well.

WHEN I CLICKED ON INSTALL ON MY DEVICES , IT SHOWED LIKE It looks like you don’t have any applicable device(s)

That's because GTA V is only available on Xbox (although not for long). The Entire PC list can be found

To download PC Game Pass games, you'll need the PC Game Pass App. To directly download the App,

click here. Once you have downloaded the app, you will need to install it.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. I understand that you have an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription, but the Xbox app does not recognize you as a Game Pass Ultimate user. Before trying to find a solution, do you have an Xbox console? If you do, can you please let us know if the Game Pass Ultimate subscriptions is also receiving errors on the console as well as PC? Do you see any error numbered codes when you receive the error?
