there 3 kids on xbox terrorising my friends there are rascits scumbags there names are Lnfecter superboygamee27 and jayjaylfc68 they need to be banned now

You pay for Xbox Live to have little kids talk to you like this, and get a reply like the one above, what a joke. I would connect to Xbox Live support to get this handled the way it should be. The kids should be blocked from talking to people, You shouldn't
have to block them.

The Ambassador was just pointing out the rules of the service. If someone harasses you just report that person or block him.

Unfortunately this is not the place to put someone's gamertag, you should file a complaint on the console itself. You also have the option of submitting one through the Xbox App on mobile devices.

If you are having issues with players on Xbox. Your best bet is to file a report though the console or Xbox App. You can do this by following the below link.

I would also recommend blocking these users from further contacting your friends.

I know they don't but I know people who have hack kids and they got banned for like 3 months but when my everyday friends ask me to do things for them I get banned permintaly and that really suck that this is happening to me

I remember a kid once sent me a message asking me to play Halo 3 with him because he was banned from Halo.He told me he got banned for killing his teammates too many times. I asked him why he does this."I can't help myself.I dont want to but its fun." This
kid was about 7.I thought 'man..this kid is gonna be a serial killer in a few years. Not saying your son is like this-it just reminded me of something.But if what the kid told me is true than maybe you an get banned from Halo for betrayals if you get too
many.Oh wait..Halo 4..betrayals are done away with.

Team killing and betrayals are still in some of the playlists in Halo 4. Also in the co-op campaign. And you CAN get kicked for team killing.
